You can permanently delete your ZapNow account here, without the app. We'll verify your phone number with an SMS code, then delete your account immediately.
Your profile photo was never uploaded to us; it only exists on your phone and is removed when you uninstall the app.
If you have an active powerbank rental, please return it first — deletion is blocked while a rental is open. Deletion is also blocked while you have an unpaid balance. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Signing up again with the same phone number creates a brand-new, empty account.
Your account has been deleted. Your personal details have been removed. Rental and payment records are kept for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.
If you can't receive SMS on your old number or run into any issue, email support@zapnowcharge.nl and we'll process your deletion request manually.
