How do I rent a powerbank?

Open the ZapNow app, find a nearby station on the map, scan the QR code on the station, and a powerbank will eject. Charge your phone, and return the powerbank to any ZapNow station when you're done.

How much does it cost?

€1.99 to unlock (includes the first 30 minutes), €1.00 per hour after that, capped at €6.99 per day. Maximum rental duration is 48 hours.

How do I return a powerbank?

Plug it into any empty slot at any ZapNow station. The rental closes automatically when the station registers the return. You'll get a notification confirming the final charge.

I was charged the wrong amount, what do I do?

Email support@zapnowcharge.nl with your phone number and approximate rental time. We'll investigate and issue a refund if there was an error.

I can't find a station near me, what now?

ZapNow is currently rolling out across the Netherlands. Check the in-app map for the latest station locations. If you'd like a station at your venue, contact us at support@zapnowcharge.nl.

I returned a powerbank but I'm still being charged?

Try refreshing the app. If the rental is still showing as active after 5 minutes, email support@zapnowcharge.nl with your phone number.
